The team behind Oquea
Enrique Fragero
Divemaster and mathematics + telecommunications engineering student, based in Spain. After experiencing the fragmentation of the diving world first-hand — disconnected logbooks, scattered memories and limited long-term connection between divers and centers — he started Oquea with the vision of building a unified digital platform for the global diving community.
